the things we cannot see alone
early bird pricing for the self, reframed ends tomorrow
before we begin ~
a reminder that registration for my virtual container the self, reframed closes soon, and early bird pricing ends tomorrow ~ wednesday, june 3.
it’s a 6-week virtual journey through body, breath, narrative, and the relational field. a space for curiosity over certainty, questions over answers, and the practice of meeting ourselves in community.

the sneakiest thing about self inquiry is that i thought it was a solitary sport.
just me and my little shovel.
digging.
digging.
digging.
certain that if i struck the earth hard enough i would eventually uncover the fossilized remains of whatever had gone missing.
but then someone looked at me.
me.
and suddenly i felt naked in a way that had nothing to do with exposure.
more like being a forest finally realizing it had been listening to its own echo.
i don’t think we come to community to be understood.
understanding is too tidy.
i think we come because there are chambers inside us that refuse to sing until another nervous system enters the room.
what an unbearable thing.
to spend years constructing a self.
then watch one loving witness walk in and accidentally kick a hole through the drywall.
there you are.
peeking out.
terrified and relieved.
the whole ordeal feels suspiciously similar to being born.
or dying.
or trying not to fall in love while already halfway over the edge.
which is maybe the same thing.
what parts of you are waiting for a witness?
what is standing just beyond the edge of your own sight?
what might become visible if you stopped searching alone?
this is, in many ways, why i created the self, reframed.
not to give answers.
not to fix anyone.
but to create a place where we can sit beside the questions together.
where the body gets a vote.
where curiosity matters more than certainty.
where being witnessed becomes part of the practice.
the early bird rate closes in 2 days.
if you’ve been circling it, perhaps that’s enough information.

not by hundreds of people.
