healing, reframed:
a virtual breathwork and self inquiry journey
the fall equinox is the wisdom of balance ~ not the kind that’s sterile or perfect, but the kind the body knows when it’s ready to shift. it’s the inhale and exhale meeting each other halfway. the wisdom of the earth saying, “enough light, enough dark… both are needed.”
for me, this season is a mirror for the way i understand healing. so often, we’re taught that healing means fixing ~ turning pain into light, erasing what was, replacing what’s hard with what’s easy. but real healing, the kind the earth teaches, is cyclical. it’s compost and harvest. it’s integration, not erasure. it’s learning to hold both dark and light as necessary. making space for all of my parts.
this coming wednesday, october 1st, i’ll be hosting another virtual breathwork and self inquiry journey.
wednesday’s workshop is an invitation to reframe healing in that way. not as a race toward some perfected self, but as a relationship with the whole self ~ the messy, radiant, contradictory constellation of you. it’s a space to breathe into what’s ready to be released, to listen to what still wants to be held, and to make space for the new growth that always follows letting go.
where in you do you still believe that one part must disappear for another to belong?
where in your life are you resisting the natural cycles instead of honoring their rhythm?
if these questions are stirring something in you, come breathe with me on wednesday, oct 1 ~ virtually ~ at 5:30pm pt.
if you can’t join live, there’s no issue… you’ll get the recording after!
